Plastic Surgery

Plastic surgery in Seoul, planned around you.

Surgery is the decision people research the longest and understand the least. We slow it down, put the options side by side, and make sure the surgeon you meet is the right one for the procedure you want.

Seoul is one of the most experienced surgical markets in the world, and that is exactly why choosing badly is easy. Clinics in Gangnam range from internationally respected practices to storefronts that market harder than they operate. From the outside — in English, from another country — they can look identical.

K-bound exists to close that gap. We shortlist clinics against a written standard, arrange consultations with the specific surgeon who would perform your procedure, and translate every consultation, quote and consent form so nothing is decided on a guess.

Cosmetic procedures in Seoul are frequently 30–60% less than comparable care in the US, UK, Canada or Australia while quality stays high. That difference is only worth anything if the clinic is right, so we start there — not with the price.

What we arrange

Face

Rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, facial contouring, double-eyelid and other eye surgery, facelift and mid-face procedures.

Body

Body contouring, liposuction and related procedures, matched to surgeons who do that specific operation regularly.

Second opinions

If you already have a quote or a plan from another clinic, we can arrange an independent consultation before you commit to anything.

The trip around it

Airport pickup, an interpreter at every appointment, a recovery stay near your clinic, and follow-ups that continue after you fly home.

What we check before we recommend a clinic

The same written standard applies to every category. A clinic that cannot answer these is not shortlisted, regardless of how well it markets itself.

  • The surgeon is board-certified in the relevant specialty, with verifiable training and a track record in your specific procedure — not the clinic's headline name with an unnamed operator.
  • The facility is accredited, with proper anesthesia coverage and documented emergency protocols.
  • The clinic genuinely handles international patients, with English-capable staff who have done this before.
  • You get a written, all-in quote before you book — no fees that appear later.
  • There is a real aftercare plan for follow-ups and complications, including once you are back home.

How the money works

You pay the clinic directly

Treatment is paid to the clinic — never to us. K-bound adds no markup to your treatment price.

Your consultation is free

We recommend clinics and doctors with no fee and no obligation, and you are free to walk away at any point.

Any coordination fee is disclosed

Sometimes a partner clinic pays us a coordination fee, and we always disclose it. Because we are compensated the same way regardless, we recommend the clinic that fits you — not the one that pays most.

Plastic Surgery, answered.

How long should I stay in Seoul for plastic surgery?

Most surgical journeys take about 5–7 days in Seoul, depending on the procedure and how your recovery goes. We build a day-by-day itinerary around your operation and recovery, and continue aftercare remotely once you are home. Some procedures need longer before you are cleared to fly — we tell you that before you book flights, not after.

Will the surgeon actually speak English?

Some do, many do not, and a clinic advertising 'English support' is not the same as your surgeon understanding what you want. We provide an interpreter at consultations and on the day, so the conversation about your face is not conducted in approximate English.

Can I get a quote before I fly to Korea?

Yes. We collect what the clinic needs — usually photographs and your medical history — and come back with written, all-in quotes so you can compare before you commit to travel. Any quote is provisional until a doctor examines you in person, and we say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

What happens if something goes wrong after I go home?

This is the question we screen clinics hardest on. Before we recommend a clinic, we confirm how it handles follow-ups and complications for patients who have left Korea. We stay reachable and coordinate with the clinic on your behalf — but K-bound is a coordination service, not a medical provider, and any clinical decision is made by your doctor.
